1. Information on how to enter the promotion and on how the prize forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entries not made in accordance with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
2. The promoter is the participating hotels of Marriott Australia as Marriott International Management Company BV ("Promoter") and the promotion is managed by Hyper Hyper Marketing Communications of Suite 4, 3 Terrol Crescent, Mona Vale, NSW 2103 ("Hyper Hyper").
3. Entry is only open to persons aged 18 years and over ("Eligible Entrants"). The officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and any agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
5. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The Promotion commences 00:01 AEST on 1 March 2012 and entries close midnight AEST on 30 December 2012 ("Promotional Period").
7. To enter, Eligible Entrants must visit www.artofgreatmeetings.com or www.artofgreatmeetings.com.au during the Promotional Period, fully complete the online survey (including contact details) and answer all the questions.
8. Incomplete entries will be ineligible.
9. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. It is the responsibility of the Eligible Entrant to notify the Promoter of any change of contact details during the Promotional Period.
10. The participating Marriott Hotels include Marriott Sydney Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott North Ryde, Brisbane Marriott Hotel, Marriott Surfers Paradise Resort & Spa and Melbourne Marriott Marriott Hotel.
11. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter or Hyper Hyper which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
12. The Promoter and Hyper Hyper are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.
13. Eligible Entrants enter and participate in the Promotion at their own risk. The Promoter and Hyper Hyper shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and companion) may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
15. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
16. The Promoter and/or Hyper Hyper collect entrants' personal information through a fair and legitimate method in order to conduct the promotion. All personal information collected pursuant to this promotion is the property of the Promoter. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise expressly advised by entrant, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, including sending the entrant electronic messages. 17. The Promoter or Hyper Hyper reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency prior to awarding the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that the winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
18. The Promoter or Hyper Hyper reserves the right to conduct security verification checks at their absolute discretion. The Prize winner may be required to sign a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize.
19. To be eligible to participate, entrants must have complied with the following:
• Contract a new meeting or event that is booked and actualized in 2012.
• Events or meetings must have at least 10 rooms on at least one night to qualify.
• Not valid with any room blocks or meetings currently booked, under negotiation or that have already occurred.
• The entrant must sign a contract with the hotel on behalf of the group to govern the terms of the meeting ("Sales Contract").
• The selected bonus items will be included in the group sales contract.
• Availability and terms of offer will be confirmed during contract sales process.
• Blackout dates may apply for special events.
• The Marriott Rewards registered member must sign a sales/group contract with the hotel for the event or meeting to qualify.
• For the master bill rebate option, discount is not offered on any surcharges, gratuities, taxes and third party charges on the master bill and payment
must be made in accordance with the time frames specified in the contract to receive the discount on the master bill.
• Availability of specific catering products may vary based on hotel.
• Promotion is not valid for Wholesale group business.
• May not be combined with any other offers, incentives, discounts or promotions.
• Offer is subject to availability of guest rooms and meeting facilities at time of booking.
• Planner is responsible for disclosure to client of any incentives received, including Meeting RewardsTM points, and is responsible for compliance with
any client or employer gift or incentive policy that may apply.
20. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
21. The Prize or any unused portion of prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Any cancellation fees and other costs will be at the winning entrant's expense.
23. This Prize does not include transfers, meals (including mini-bar or room service) or any activities. The Prize is subject to availability of rooms at the participating hotels. The winning entrant will be notified instantly on the website and receive confirmation by mail within 30 days of entering. Prize must be booked and taken by December 31, 2013.
The Prize
Option 1 - Win a Trip to see the Masters in London, Paris and New York
The prize consists of two (2) 'round the world airfares in economy class, booked for travel during 2013 and three (3) nights accommodation in a Marriott® Hotel in each of the following cities - Paris, London & New York. In each city, every night is to be taken consecutively in one hotel stay during 2013.
Option 2 - 1.5 Million Marriott Reward Points!

Summary - Terms and Conditions
To qualify for this promotion, a meeting or event must be booked and actualize in 2012 with a minimum of 10 delegates and a group room block of 10 rooms or more. Offer is valid on new bookings only made from 21 February 2012 and does not apply to previously contracted meetings or events. Offer is subject to availability and cannot be combined with any other promotions. A limited number of rooms are available for this promotion. Terms and Conditions for 'Art of Meetings' promotion
• The 'Art of Great Meetings' with Marriott® promotion is limited to participating Marriott® Hotels & Resorts, Courtyard by Marriott® hotels, in Australia.
• Offer valid on new bookings only that are contracted between 21 February 2012 and 30 September 2012 and actualized between 21 February 2012 and

For contracts selecting the - Double Marriott Rewards® Points, option:
• Planner+ must be an active member of and in good standing with the Meeting Rewards™ program and Marriott Rewards® program to
receive reward points.
• Marriott Rewards® members ("Member") must sign the sales/group contract and will earn Double Marriott Rewards points up to 100,000 total points
(50,000 base + 50,000 bonus) on qualifying charge per meeting or event. Members earn double points based upon the base earning of 3 points per
US$1 on qualified charges, up to a maximum of 50,000 points.
• Qualifying charges include Food & Beverage, Meeting Room Rental, and Audio Visual charges to the Master Bill, and additionally all Guest Room
rate charges. Qualifying charges do not include any Taxes, Gratuities and Service Fees, nor any Food & Beverage or other Incidental Charges on
individual guest room folios.
• The registered member who signs the contract or is the main contact on the contract is eligible to receive the bonus points and cannot be awarded to
a different account.
• It is the member's responsibility to comply with their own company policy concerning travel programs.
• Bonus points will be awarded up to 45 days after the conclusion of each qualifying event.
* 'Planner' refers to Meeting Planner, Booker, Agent, Agency or Client.
