Register your interest for our workshops
The Australian Museum of Design, holds regular workshop sessions. This is your opportunity to roll up your sleeves and have a full immersive experience with the designs and learn the history of the artists.

You will be introduced to a select range of designs from our library over a two hour session. We will provide a presentation on the history of the library, the artists, and the journey of how they were saved. You will have a viewing of the original hand drawn designs from the 1960's, 70's & 80's and the process we undertake to scan and digitise them.

Screens for printing are pre-prepared for you to produce a series of your own screen-printed artworks, using a range of inks from our ink-kitchen, that you can take home and display!

Our experienced team will guide you through the session from design history through to hand silk-screen printing. Light refreshments are also provided.
